Former Dairy Queen CEO and Minnesota businessman Chuck Mooty has put his Minnesota lakeside condo on the market for $2.79 million.

Last summer, Mooty was announced as a 2022 Minnesota Business Hall of Fame inductee. According to Yahoo, he is now retired, but helped rejuvenate and rebrand several businesses including Dairy Queen, Faribault Woolen Mill, Fairview Health Services, and Jostens Inc.

Mooty and his wife have decided to put their top-floor condo residence located at the  Edgewater building in Minneapolis. You can find it at 1805 West Lake Street. According to the listing on realtor.com, the condo is "timeless, modern, warm and inviting with distinctive details and gorgeous design". It also has a fully-private rooftop patio. Oh, did I mention that the condo is also equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows featuring panoramic and some great "breathtaking" views.

You can take in views from the city's skyline as well as views of the largest lake in Minneapolis, Bde Maka Ska. There are actually two private patios and an owner's suite. The suite includes a gas fireplace, a custom walk-in closet, and a spa bath.

What's the price of this bad boy? It is currently listed at $2.79 million. I'd be lying if you told you I'm not currently daydreaming about chilling on one of the private patios, and taking in the views. Now if only I could win the lottery and make this happen.
