Hollywoodreporter.com is reporting that America's favorite pissy cat will be cast for a movie about a pet-store cat that is perpetually overlooked and the 12-year-old girl who can communicate with her.  How can she communicate with her?  Because Grumpy Cat will be able to talk, of course.
