Maplewood, MN (KROC-AM News) - An employee of a Twin Cities school district in a position involving the supervision of elementary students has been charged with multiple counts of possession of child pornography.

Ramsey County court records show that 30-year-old William Michael Haslach was arraigned today on the criminal complaint that resulted from an investigation into a cyber tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. The charges indicate the tip involved videos containing child sexual abuse material that were stored in a Dropbox account that was connected to an IP address that was traced to the Maplewood man.

The criminal complaint lists 10 counts of possession of child pornography. The court document says a search warrant executed at Haslach's home and of his Dropbox account led to the discovery of approximately 800 files of child sexual abuse material. The charges allege some of the videos depicted the sexual abuse of children as young as three years old.
