I love discovering little hidden gems, especially if they're literally hidden. There's a cocktail bar in Minnesota (in a Twin Cities suburb, to be specific) that is hidden in a super unexpected spot, and now I really want to go check it out myself.

Speakeasy Bar Hidden in a Minnesota Gas Station

This cocktail bar is hidden in a gas station. I know! So cool!

You would literally never guess that there's a cocktail bar in there.

The bar describes itself as "a hidden gem inspired by the spirit of Prohibition-era cellars and the warmth of rural gatherings." I mean, I don't think anything screams 'Prohibition-era-style' more than a bar hidden in a gas station. No one would ever expect that!

The Farmer's Cellar - A Hidden Cocktail Bar in a Lakeville, MN Gas Station

The place is called The Farmer's Cellar in Lakeville. I promise it's inside that Amoco gas station I showed you earlier. Literally, the address on their website is the same as the gas station (8333 210th St W, Lakeville, MN 55044)

They serve some amazing-looking cocktails like Patio Problems (vodka, blueberry, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon), Basil Gimlet (gin, Thai basil, and lime), and Pina Colada (house blended rum, cinnamon shrub, pineapple, coconut, and lime).

There's even a patio area for when the weather is nice!

And on top of all of that, they serve food, too. Based on what I've seen on their Facebook, they're full meals that are served, and they look really tasty.

Of course, in true speakeasy fashion, they don't say how to get in on the website. I did find a video on how to get in, though, but in an effort not to spoil it (but I did link the video in case you want some help), the entrance is behind a cooler.

However, their website does list hours, which are Monday and Tuesday 4-10 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 4-11 PM, and Friday and Saturday 4 PM - midnight.
