A local marketplace that has usually held its holiday event in person has taken it online this year, and it's happening right now, right here in Rochester.

Thanks to the ongoing pandemic, this year's FEAST! Local Foods Marketplace has gone virtual and is selling its products ONLINE this holiday season. If you haven't heard of FEAST! Local Foods Marketplace, their website explains more about them:

We began in 2014 as an annual festival to connect consumers to food makers of all kinds from Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. The event is brought to you by the FEAST! Local Foods Network, a partnership of many organizations, businesses, and individuals committed to growing a sustainable, local and regional food system that encourages innovation. We endeavor to see current businesses flourish and new businesses get established, and to help consumers better know and appreciate the passion and dedication of these local food entrepreneurs.

You can click HERE to take a look at some of the way-cool LOCAL foods and products for sale this year. The website says there are over 40 local food vendors represented in the holiday marketplace this year. It also notes the online sale has been extended through Wednesday, December 2nd with pick-up of any products you order set for this Saturday, December 6th at Graham Park here in Rochester.

I've already started drooling over the selection of cheese curds available (that's the Wisconsin native in me coming up-- I can't pass up anything having to do with cheese!)And speaking of Christmas gifts, keep scrolling to take a look at some of the fads, toys, and electronic gadgets we all just HAD to HAVE from Christmases gone by. Ho ho ho!
