Valentine's Day is one week away, and if you're celebrating with your significant other you're going to spend a lot of money. The National Retail Federation (NFR) reports consumers who plan to celebrate will spend an average of $143.56 on flowers, jewelry, candy, clothes, and other gifts. That's up from just $136.57 last year. All in all, Americans are predicted to spend $19.6 billion, an all-time high, for Valentine's Day.
