Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police are asking the public for help in trying to find an exposer.

A 30-year-old Rochester man told police the incident happened Wednesday afternoon at the small playground in Mayo Park near the former Roscoe’s site.

The man was there with his 3-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son. He told police he was tending to his son while his daughter was on a teeter-totter. A man suddenly appeared and joined the girl on the teeter-totter and later began pushing her on a swing.

The father told police he felt uncomfortable about the man and decided to leave. He said as he and his children were leaving, the man suddenly dropped his pants and began fondling himself. When the father made a comment, the man pulled up his pants and walked away.

The man was described as white, in his mid-30s, 5-10 to 6 feet, heavyset with glasses, dirty blond hair and scruffy facial hair. He was also wearing several necklaces.

News update:   Another man is sentenced for torching a Minneapolis police station.
