If you purchased any of these cookie items at a Minnesota Costco, Sam's Club, or Panera Bread you should throw them out immediately.
The U.S. Food & Drug Administration has broadened and escalated a food recall due to a risk of Salmonella poisoning.
Rise Baking Company issued a voluntary recall for cookie dough items distributed to Costco, Sam's Club, and Panera Bread.
The recall was prompted by potential salmonella contamination in the products.
