New Foods and Food Vendors for the 2025 Minnesota State Fair

Today is the big day! The Minnesota State Fair is 42 days away, and they have announced all of the new foods and new food vendors for this year.

As per usual, all of the new foods are quite creative. Some I'm dying to try, and others... well, not so much. They're just not my thing, or a little too out there for me.

In total, there are 33 new foods and 8 new food vendors for the 2025 Great Minnesota Get-Together.

The 2025 Minnesota State Fair kicks off on Thursday, August 21st, and will run through Labor Day, as usual, which is Monday, September 1st this year.

There are tons and tons of free performances that you can watch while you're there. Since you'll be spending all of your money on food, the free performances are awesome. One of the free performers is none other than Rachel Platten!

But there are some pretty awesome Grandstand performers coming to the state fair this year. Some of the performers include Old Dominion, Meghan Trainor, and Def Leppard.
