Mom Busted After Her Kid Tells on Her

Audrey McColm was approached by an off duty deputy after her car nearly collided head-on with his and was asked if she had been drinking after the officer spotted her driving erratically.

McColm denied drinking, according to a Sheriff’s Department report, but her 7-year-old child had a different story for the deputy.  After Amber said no, the youngster chimed in “Yes, you have, Mom.”

The Indiana mom was arrested and later released after posting bond.

Tests showed McColm’s blood-alcohol content at 0.237 percent, nearly three times the legal limit.
