Need to Know Info for Parents Taking Kids to Twins’ Games this Summer
Planning on taking your kids to Target Field for a Twins' game this summer? This info will make the trip to the ballpark a little extra special.
If it's your child's first Twins' game he or she can get a special certificate at the guest services booth. I just stumbled across the one we got for my son in 2015. These are pretty cool keepsakes.
You can save on concessions by bringing your kids drink from home. Sealed, bottled water 32 oz. or less, and soft sided single juice (juice-boxes) or milk containers for children are the only outside beverages permitted into Target Field.
Your children might enjoy a close up view of the players more than the actual game so consider arriving early for batting practice. The stadium is often empty during this time which means you can walk right down to the first row of seats.
Sundays might be the best day to take a kid. Before each game on Sunday kids can get autographs and after each Sunday game they get to run the bases.
