A brand new direct flight from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to an amazing destination in Europe is going to be added in 2025. If you're itching to travel abroad like me, this is perfect!
We're pretty lucky in Minnesota because MSP has tons of direct flights now to some incredible destinations. And not only that, but MSP is consistently voted as one of the best if not THE best airport in the US.

Delta's New European Flights for 2025
Delta is the airline that will be operating this new flight out of MSP. But they also announced some new direct flights from other major airports as well.
They say that it will be their largest trans-Atlantic summer schedule ever.
The new direct flights are:
Atlanta to Brussels and Naples
Boston to Barcelona and Milan
Detroit to Dublin
New York-JFK to Catania
They'll also be expanding the number of direct flights offered to and from some locations. Those are:
Atlanta to Athens, Barcelona, Rome, and Zurich
Detroit to Munich
MSP New Direct Flight to Rome
The new flight getting added to MSP is a direct flight to Rome!
Rome looks so beautiful and I would love to go someday. Now, with this summer 2025 flight, it makes it much easier to get there. No sitting around in an airport waiting for a connecting flight.
These flights will begin in May of 2025.
