New Liquor Store to Open in Rochester Next Month

The liquor store is part of a current chain, but is expected to be double the size with what's being called "the largest beer cooler" in Rochester. 

Apollo is going to move their South Broadway location to the northwest to 420 Crossroads Drive. The new location is 6,000 square feet (almost double the South Broadway store). This according to Post Bulletin's Heard on the Street.

They plan on having a much larger selection, especially in the beer department.

"We're going to have a beer cooler with 35 doors. That's going to be one of the largest, if not the largest, beer cooler in Rochester," Kolas told Jeff Kiger. 

They are expected to open the store early next month.

Not only that, but that means they will be hiring more people to work at the new store.
