Rochester has a ton of houses that are going all out this year for Halloween. And if you haven't heard, there are some giant skeletons showing up in yards too. But one house stands out a bit, mostly because there are over 150 inflatables set up in the front yard! It's the Boyer Halloween display.
In case you aren't sure where the Boyer Halloween house is located, just drive to 51st Street NW by Holy Spirit and you will find it. Seriously, you can't miss it.

The family has been working hard to get the display up for everyone to enjoy again this year and based on their latest Facebook post, it sounds like the visitors have already started to arrive.
Our first night of visitors was a success. Was kind of surprised on how busy we were, which is good. We even raised $70 for Channel one, so we are off to a good start. Was able to get some decorating done, which included adding two additional inflatables, so now we have 153 up.
Here's Another Reason Why The Boyer Halloween Display in Rochester, Minnesota is Absolutely Amazing
For the past few years, this house has also been collecting items for Channel One Regional Food Shelf. And thanks to everyone who visits this house and brings a cash donation, $10,812 has been raised for Channel One Regional Food Shelf since 2020. Last year alone, over $5,615 was donated.
If you do decide to venture to this amazing maze during your Halloween fun, bring a few dollars to help raise some money for this great nonprofit that helps so many in our community. Let's see if we can beat the total from last year.
How Scary is the Halloween Display at the Boyer House in Rochester?
The one question that I got from a few moms who heard about this place was, "Is this going to be too scary for my little one?". For most kids, I'd say no. It is very tame and mild and there aren't people dressed up pretending to grab anyone. If your little one gets scared easily though, it might be better to see how they react to the massive amount of inflatables that are very easy to see without going into the maze. If you do decide to venture in and they get scared in the middle of it, it is very easy to get in and out too.
If you want a sneak peek, I took a video of the display a few years ago as I went through it last year. You can watch it here.
