Panda Fest: A Massive Asian Food Festival Coming to Minnesota
A huge Asian food festival is coming to Minnesota for the first time ever! It will be taking over this summer and it looks like so much fun.
Panda Fest is Coming to Minnesota
Panda Fest is one of the largest outdoor food festivals in the country. It showcases Asian culture through its street food, market vendors, and live performances.

In the past, this festival has been called Dragon Fest but they just recently changed the name and I love it. Panda Fest is just such a cute idea!

The founder and organizer of Panda Fest, BiuBiu Xu, says, "Panda Fest was created as a dedicated platform to showcase the depth and richness of Asian food and culture."
There will be over 100 Asian food vendors at the Minnesota event, including food from China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Oh, and did I mention that there will be a giant, 15-foot inflatable panda?
They've hosted quite a few of these Panda Fests/Dragon Fests across the country but this will be their first time in Minnesota.
Panda Fest at the Mall of America
The fun will go down on July 11th-13th at the Mall of America's North Lot!
Tickets go on sale this week, Wednesday, March 12th, at 10 AM. Starting that day and going through March 30th tickets are $10, after that they're $14. With you're ticket you'll get "a customized Twin Cities Panda Fest pin and headband."
Or you can upgrade to VIP for $35 and you'll get those items plus "an exclusive Panda Fest bag in addition to special designated VIP seating areas."
They say that past festivals have sold out, so don't dilly-dally when it comes to getting your tickets.
I'm thinking about going myself and if I'm there, expect to see me eating way too many steamed buns.
