Pinterest Reveals the Most Pinned Food in Minnesota

Americans love food! Did you know that food is the most popular category on Pinterest with over 15 billion ideas? So what food are Minnesotans pinning the most?

Pinterest's World's Fare report is out, and provides info on what food pins people are saving in each state. The most popular in Minnesota isn't what you'd expect.

It's not hot-dish casserole, lutefisk or anything on a stick. The most pinned food in our state is actually a side dish. It's Broccoli Salad. Everyone has their own version of Broccoli Salad. In fact, there are thousands of different recipes on Pinterest.

Our neighbors in Wisconsin and Iowa are really into party snacks. Wisconsin's most pinned food is puppy chow. Iowa's is chex-mix.
