Rochester Boys and Girls Club Launch a New Virtual Club

Sadly, the Rochester Boys and Girls Club has been closed since Governor Walz enforced the closures of all community schools a few weeks ago. Now, they are looking for new ways to connect with their kids and families, and like many, are turning to technology. They released a statement yesterday announcing their new Virtual Club.

Virtual Club is an online experience that gives kids an opportunity to connect with supportive, caring and familiar staff members in fun and creative activities. Our staff is committed to creating an online presence at least an hour each day that engages members in academic growth, character and leadership development, arts & cultural learning, and healthy lifestyles.

Members will be able to access these opportunities through platforms such as Zoom and Facebook Live. Follow the Boys and Girls Club on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to receive the most up to date messages.
