Rochester Bus Driver and Passengers Recognized for Quick Response During Emergency
Rochester City Lines shared the story below on Facebook. It highlights the quick thinking and selfless actions of one their drivers and several of their passengers.
"We are so proud of both our driver and passengers for their selfless actions in a time of need. We received this wonderful note from one of our regular riders today: "Your driver Marv had a situation today where there was an accident ahead of us coming from Cannon Falls. He was the immediate responder and asked passengers with a medical background to please help as well. We ran out (several MD's and nurses on the bus). We stayed until Emergency people (sheriff) came and knew all people involved were ok. Marv did a fantastic job assessing and responding to the situation. Thanks Marv!!"
Props to all involved. Thank you for being Good Samaritans.
