Rochester Man Arrested for Robbery

Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - What started as a $20 IOU ended with an arrest in an armed robbery case in Rochester.

Police say a woman contacted a co-worker Sunday night about the $20 he owed her. The man told the woman to come to his apartment to get the money and she brought along a friend. That man ended up robbing the co-worker at gunpoint, making off with about $100 in cash.

Police later located and arrested 24-year-old Keith West.
