DO YOU OFFER DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKETS?
Thank you for thinking responsibly and, YES, we offer designated driver tickets. Designated driver tickets are ONLY sold at the event, on the DAY OF the event. DD tickets are $10 and will always be available, regardless of whether or not the event is sold out. In order to qualify for a DD ticket, you must prevent valid 21+ year old ID and you must be accompanying a paying attendee. Please go to the box office before the session begins to purchase your DD tickets.DO I HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE?
Yes. By law, everyone must be 21 years or older to attend this event. Children, toddlers, and babies are not allowed inside the festival grounds.HOW MANY SAMPLES DO I GET?
The number of samples included is different at each event. Please check out the event page for the city you're interested in.ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Unfortunately no. Children are NOT permitted within the festival space, this includes any Designated Drivers. Everyone who enters the event must be 21 years or older.ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.WHEN IS LAST POUR?
Serving will stop 10 minutes prior to the event's conclusion.I LOST MY ID, WHAT OTHER DOCUMENTATION IS ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF AGE?
If you cannot locate your driver’s license, other forms of acceptable proof of age include your passport or other state issued ID.WHAT IS THE EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY?
All ticket purchasers will be alerted via the e-mail provided at the time of purchase when an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Cancelled events will be fully refunded. For rescheduled events, if you are unable to make the new date then a full refund will be entitled. All refunds for those unable to make the rescheduled date must be requested prior to the original event date.HOW WOULD I GET MY BAND TO PLAY AT YOUR EVENT?
We typically book our musical entertainment at least 6 months prior to the event. If the event is further out than 6 months, please email general details including pricing to info@americaontap.com.WHEN DOES THE BAND START PLAYING?
The band will start playing when the doors open.

Yes! Group discounts are available to groups of 10 or larger. Check out the ticketing page for the event you're looking to attend for special group ticket pricing.HOW CAN A DUPLICATE TICKET PURCHASE CHARGE BE ADJUSTED?
If when checking out you received a notice that we were unable to process your payment, it's possible that the transaction was declined due to failed address verification. When this happens, your bank may still authorize the charge and therefore show in your bank account, but know that in this case the charge will not settle and should clear within a few business days.I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKET. CAN A DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED?
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.CAN I CHANGE MY TICKETS TO SESSION 2?
We are unable to switch tickets to a different session, but you are welcome to see or give your tickets to someone and purchase the session you'd like to attend instead.I LOST MY TICKET. CAN I GET IN WITH MY ID?
No, you must have a ticket in hand or on your phone with the unique barcode.I DON'T DRINK BUT WOULD STILL LIKE TO ATTEND. DO YOU OFFER A NON-DRINKER TICKET?
Yes, Designated Driver tickets are $10 but are available at the door only. Even if we are sold out in advance, DD tickets will still be available at the door.ARE DISCOUNT CODES AVAILABLE?
We do offer a variety of discount codes via social media, email blasts, etc. But discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.DO PRICES INCREASE AT ANY TIME?

2. CRAFT BEERS
A BREWERY THAT WAS ON YOUR WEBSITE WASN'T AT THE FESTIVAL. WHAT HAPPENED?
There's a variety of reasons for this. It could have been weather permitting or an emergency that unexpectedly changed the plans of that specific brewery or an inventory issue at their warehouse.WHERE CAN I BUY BEERS THAT I TRIED AT THE FESTIVAL?

Yes! We've teamed up with the great people of Untappd to list all the beers at your festival on their app. Find the information on the Untappd app.WHEN WILL THE BEER LIST BE PUBLISHED?
Typically the beer list is posted 7-10 days prior to the event.WHY ISN'T MY FAVORITE BREWERY AT THE EVENT?
With our open brewery policy, all are invited! But sometimes they aren't available or we can't reach the right person. Feel free to pass along that their beer will be purchased and there's no fee at all for them to participate!HOW DO I GET MY BREWERY INVOLVED?

4. VOLUNTEERING
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MY VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT?
