Rochester Police Officer Delivers Baby In Driveway

Rochester Police Officer Shamus Ryan helped a woman deliver her baby after she went into labor in her driveway. According to KTTC the call for help came just after 3 early Sunday morning. The baby's head was already out when Officer Ryan arrived on scene to help finish the delivery. Rochester police Capt. John Sherwin said everything went well.
