Rochester Woman Gets Probation Instead of Toast

A 21-year-old Rochester woman has been sentenced to one year of probation for throwing a massive temper-tantrum after her waitress messed up her order.

For the record, it's not even clear if the waitress did mess up the order.

What is clear is that the woman was arrested on May 13th for causing a disturbance at the Denny's Restaurant on South Broadway.

According to KIMT, Police arrived and found 21-year-old Tory Justine Schmidt of Rochester screaming and swearing at the waitress. Officers said Schmidt then demanded the waitress be arrested because she had not delivered an order of toast.

It's suspected that alcohol may have fueled the fit.

Schmidt pled guilty yesterday was sentenced to one year of probation.
