Sad And Single On Christmas? There’s a Restaurant For That…

Gonna be single this holiday season? I've been there. I get it. You see all those happy couples almost seemingly rubbing it your face. It make you wanna poo on all their cute little "couple presents" they'll be giving each other. Well there's a restaurant that understands your pain and wants to help, there's just one catch...

It's in Japan.

Yeah, sorry to dash your hopes(and yeah, they actually do celebrate Christmas in Japan, btw! They just celebrate on Christmas eve by exchanging gifts or going out to eat, even if they're not Christian. Christmas day is business as usual) The restaurant is called PiaPia, in Tokyo, says they're banning couples from eating dinner there on Christmas Eve!

An employee said single customers "feel sad that they are by themselves... Someone said we should ban couples as a bit of a joke, but then we realized that it's true, if you are single on Christmas Eve, then it's easy to get down." The ban is also said to help out their employees working that day to prevent, "severe emotional trauma."
