Samm’s Favorite HGTV Hosts are Leaving the Network!
Their show has been one of the highest rated shows on the home network since their debut in 2013, and now they are saying goodbye!
By far the greatest show on HGTV (in my opinion) - Fixer Upper is ending after this season. Chip and Joanna Gaines have so much to love about them. They are so real on TV, so spunky, fun and in love. They have so much passion for what they do, and it really shines in their show. I see them on TV, and I want to be them (kidding, but not really).
They wrote a farewell on their blog earlier this week saying, “While we are confident that this is the right choice for us, it has for sure not been an easy one to come to terms with. Our family has grown up alongside yours, and we have felt you rooting us on from the other side of the screen. How bittersweet to say goodbye to the very thing that introduced us all in the first place.”
Fans can still find them at their retail compound the Magnolia Market, through their lines of paint and furniture, via their quarterly magazine or in their soon-to-open restaurant. BUT, it's just not the same... This is worse than when my parents got divorced!
