Man, what can I say that hasn't already been said? I have been sharing my life with you for over 11 years now. All the good days and the bad, the struggles, and the successes. You helped me get over bad breakups, you picked out what wedding dress I would wear on my special day, you hugged me when I shared my fertility issues. I want you to know that YOU, our listeners, are the fuel to my fire. There is no Dunken and Samm without you.

Speaking of Dunken, oh my gosh, where do I begin? Everyone needs a Dunken in their life. Dunken is so much more than a co-host to me, he's like a brother. When life kicked me down, Dunken picked me up. I am the luckiest girl in the world, getting to share the mic with him. He is talented, fun, and hilarious. He is one of the best friends I've ever had, and I will sincerely miss starting my morning off with him and all of you.

Where do I go from here? It has been an emotional roller coaster since making the decision to cut ties with the radio station. Radio has been my life for as long as I can remember. Legit my entire adult life. But, a little less than two years ago, I made the decision to help my husband with his career in real estate. It quickly turned into a beautiful new passion - something that made my soul so happy. I tried so hard to keep both fires burning for as long as I could until I realized I only have so much to give and both deserved my all.

While I am so incredibly sad to leave you guys, know that I'm not going anywhere. I am still living in Rochester. I will still see on you the volleyball courts and the softball fields. On Facebook and Instagram. At restaurants, concerts, movies (can't wait to get back to all of that). Charity events and galas. And, on the "for sale" sign in front of your house when you decide to sell (shameless plug lol). You and I are friends for life, don't you forget it.

And lastly, I know there are big things in store for the morning show on 106.9 KROC, so keep listening as Dunken searches for his next co-host. He won't rest until he finds the perfect person to help keep you smiling and laughing every morning.

I know it's impossible to put 11 years of memories in a blog, but I figured I could try. Here are some of my all-time favorite memories. When I started cell phone pictures were terrible and Facebook was just starting to get popular. Aging myself.
