Top 10 Worst Halloween Costumes?

Everybody has that ONE friend that finds the dumbest Halloween costume every year. (That, of course, only they find funny!) Or that friend who tries to wear as little clothing as possible. I found 10 of the worst Halloween costumes I've ever seen. Do you agree? 

It was SO hard to find only 10 costumes that fit the category of "worst costumes ever," but hey, I did my best. (Without being too derogatory... because let's be real, these are all horrible!) What would you add to the list?
