Top Ten Coldest U.S. Cities Includes Rochester and Two Other Minnesota Cities

Every year around this time we all ask ourselves - why do we live here?!?

Nasty cold air has returned to Minnesota and will most likely make our lives very uncomfortable for the next few months.

Niche, a data website, put out a list of the coldest cities in the contiguous United States. *that last part is important - don't post about Alaska on our Facebook page. Alaska isn't in the contiguous U.S.*

Rochester and two other Minnesota cities landed in the top ten.
