The wait is nearly over for shoppers on the north side of town. Burlington Stores, Inc. has officially announced that its second Rochester location will open its doors this spring, moving into the space formerly occupied by Joann Fabrics.

The new store, located at 3839 Marketplace Drive NW, follows the successful 2024 opening of Rochester’s first Burlington in the Shoppes on Maine. By moving in next to Target North, the retailer is sticking to its strategic playbook of setting up shop near high-traffic shopping hubs.
