Did you see these photos going around social media? Justin Bieber and Dave Chappelle had lunch together in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Sunday at a restaurant called Lotus Restaurant. What a surprise that must have been for the employees, seeing these two huge celebrities walk through their door. That would be the day you'd want to be at work at Lotus! But why were they in town?

Justin and Dave were in Minneapolis together on Sunday because Dave's documentary 'Untitled' was screening at Target Center on Saturday and Sunday. At the Sunday screening, which is the day Justin and Dave were out for lunch together, Justin performed on stage, according to Bring Me the News. So that's why they were hanging out in Minneapolis.

Lotus shared photos of Justin and Dave at the restaurant on their Facebook and they were so humble about it! Their post just says "Dave Chappelle and Justin Bieber just had a special lunch."

If you aren't familiar with the restaurant they went to, Lotus is a Vietnamese restaurant that opened in 1983, so they've been around for almost 40 years. In the 'About Us' section on their website, they say that there used to be many Lotus restaurants but by 2007 all but the current one had closed. Sadly, the original owners also had passed away and their children had no desire to work in the restaurant business. But thankfully, a family who had immigrated to Minneapolis from Vietnam in 1981 loved the restaurant so much that they purchased it. With the help of their sons, it's the successful restaurant that even Justin Bieber and Dave Chappelle want to visit for a meal!

There are some other amazing restaurants in Minnesota that celebrities have been to. These specific restaurants were visited by Food Network celebrities like Guy Fieri. Keep scrolling to check them out.

Many Minnesota restaurants have been featured on the Food Network over the years. Some have closed now, but I checked out the Food Networks website, the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives website, and TVFoodMaps.com to find all of the Minnesota restaurants that have been featured on their channel in the past and found these 37 (in no particular order) that are still open.
