Wisconsin Town Called America’s ‘Hottest Real Estate Market’
This town is probably more well-known for its clothing than homes, but that's all starting to change.
It's a surprise twist in the real estate market. This tiny town of only 67,000 people, about 90 minutes from Milwaukee, is now America's hottest housing market, according to Realtor.com.
Realtor.com has declared Osh Kosh the most coveted housing market in the US, a title it has claimed for the first time in its history.

According to the report, Osh Kosh boasts homes with a median list price of $374,000, significantly lower than the national median, making it an attractive option for homebuyers.
Niche gives Osh Kosh an overall "Living in the Area" grade of A-.
They also say the Median Household Income is just a shade under $60,000, about $15K less than the national average.
However, homes in Osh Kosh are way underpriced, which might be part of the reason the market is so hot.
Niche says the Median House Value is $157,000 in Osh Kosh, and compared to the rest of America, it's $124,000 cheaper to buy a home there than anywhere else in the country.
Rockford was previously called the hottest real estate market in America but came in at #4, while Springfield and Peoria also came in the top 20.
Nearby Janesville also landed in the top 10 ranking as the #9 hottest housing market.
All told the top 20 housing markets in America are located in the Midwest and Northeast.
