The “World’s Largest Rubber Duck” will be joining a fleet of historic sailing vessels for Duluth's Tall Ships festival, August 18-21.

So how big is the world's largest rubber duck?  It's roughly 60-feet-tall and 55 feet long.  The inflatable is pulled around  by a tug boat which is only a fraction of its size.  The giant duck has traveled all around the world and always attracts a huge crowd.

Last year's Tall Ships festival in Duluth (without the duck) attracted close to 250,000 visitors. Organizers expect even more this year.

In addition to the duck, spectators will get to see a Spanish galleon, a Norwegian Viking ship, and an American brig.
