"Possible Pat" literally took the necessary steps he needed to take in order to save his life.

Forget the Subway diet, this guy did it his way!

Just three years ago, Pasquale “Pat” Brocco was a bodyguard for celebrities and weighed 605 pounds.  At the time, he was called “Fat Pat” because of his size.

One day, one of the comedians he was working for bet him he couldn't do 50 push-ups... turns out, he couldn't even do ONE.

A few days later, Brocco visited his doctor’s office, where he warned him that his weight, high blood pressure and high cholesterol put his life in danger.

So he decided that if he was going to eat, he was going to have to work for it... So every time he was hungry, he’d walk to a grocery store a mile from of his home - sometimes averaging six miles a day!

His next steps were attending nutrition classes and joining a gym.

What started out as an obligation became a habit, and Brocco was able to shed all his unwanted weight over time.

About halfway through his journey, he decided to share his experience on social media.  Now, because of the way he’s motivated others with his progress, he goes by the nickname “Possible Pat.”

Just look at his transformation - Incredible!

If you'd like to follow his journey, you can do so on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.  Just awesome!
