Rochester Police Looking for Vehicle Break-in Suspect
According to a Facebook post from an area woman, the Rochester Police Department is looking for a man who identified himself as Logan Johnson. He was spotted, spoken to and photographed by a woman during the course of allegedly breaking into several vehicles in a southeast Rochester neighborhood this morning.
According to information she posted to her Facebook page, Jessica Hansen-Zeigler came across the man as he was trying to hot wire a neighbor's truck. He is also alleged to have had several items from various vehicles with him.
Incredibly, he also seems to have talked with Hansen-Zeigler and even let her take photos of him! How crazy is that? He ran off into the woods, however, before police arrived.
Anyone with information on this man and/or his whereabouts is strongly encouraged to contact the Rochester Police Department with that information.
The KROC-AM news team reached out to the Rochester Police Department for confirmation that they are looking for this man, but they have been unable to reach anyone for comment at this time.
Interestingly, a man named Logan Johnson was caught two months ago driving a pick-up truck that had been reported stolen in Oronoco the weekend before. Although he was arrested at the time, he wasn't charged with a crime in that incident.
