Rochester Pub Named Best Bar in Minnesota
Business Insider just published a list of the best bar in every state, and a Rochester favorite was highlighted as the top bar in the entire state of Minnesota.They compiled their list based on consumer reviews left of the the app Foursquare. The top spot in Minnesota went to Whistle Binkies Old World Pub.

It includes local and imported beers, whiskeys, tequilas, and cocktails, as well as live entertainment. The menu includes comfort-food staples like loaded nachos and an entire pound of french fries served hot and crispy.
Binkies is one of my favorite spots. I'm a big fan of "Tropical Tuesdays" with peel and eat shrimp and cheap Coronas. Their Hot Turkey Sandwich is freakin' amazing too.
Whistle Binkies was also recently recognized by Rochester Magazine for serving the best "bar-food" in Rochester.
