Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man with a history of disrupting appearances by President Donald Trump recently entered into a plea agreement to settle charges stemming from his arrest during an appearance by the president in Rochester last fall.

37-year-old Samuel Spadino entered a guilty plea to a petty misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. 3 other charges, all misdemeanors, were dismissed. The Hudson Wisconsin man was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months and was fined $300.

The criminal complaint indicated Spadino was taken into custody because he resisted the Rochester police officers who were instructed by the Secret Service to escort him out of the Mayo Civic Center Arena. The request to remove him from the venue came after Spadino began repeatedly yelling "Dad!" at the stage as President Trump was beginning his speech to a cheering crowd.

9 other people were removed from the civic center during the rally, but they did not face any charges.
