Kasson Man Caught Pleasuring Himself in Apache Mall Parking Lot
Rochester Police issued a ticket to a Kasson man who they say was 'pleasuring himself' in his vehicle in the Apache Mall parking lot.
Rochester Police Captain John Sherwin told ABC 6 News that a 25-year-old woman parked next to the man's vehicle on the morning of Friday, March 3. According to Sherwin's report, "The two locked eyes for a moment." That’s when the woman noticed he was 'pleasuring” himself.'
The Rochester Police Department issued 32-year-old James Savells a citation for Indecent Conduct.
