Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - One of the men charged in a recent deadly shooting in Rochester has pleaded guilty to his role in the murder.

Pleading guilty to a charge of aiding an offender was 25-year-old Eric Lee. He is scheduled to be sentenced May 9th. He was with 24-year-old Sao Yim, who has been charged with shooting 40-year-old Ahmed Muafaq Abdulhu Al Naddf in the chest March 12th near the victim’s apartment.

Yim has been charged with 2nd-degree murder and is awaiting an omnibus hearing.

The criminal complaint says Yim, Lee and two other men decided to confront the victim because they apparently suspected he was responsible for a minor collision involving Yim’s car. The other two men walked away after the verbal confrontation. Moments later, the victim was shot.
