New 21+ After-Hours Event at Minnesota Zoo this Summer
The Minnesota Zoo has done adult-only events in the past but this one is different. There's still the same 21+ after-hours fun, but with some additions! If you're looking for a fun way to check out the zoo, this would be it.
Adult-Only Event at the Minnesota Zoo
'Wild Nights' is the name of the event. If I'm remembering correctly it's been called 'Adults Night Out' in the past. I went to 'Adults Night Out' once a few years ago (pre-COVID so it's been a while!) and it was super fun! I would highly recommend checking 'Wild Nights' out.
What to Expect at 'Wild Nights' at the Minnesota Zoo
Other than the fact that there will be no kids at this adults-only zoo event, what else can you expect? There will be food, drink, and artisan vendors along with live music at three different stages around the zoo. And of course, you'll be able to see the animals.
Like I mentioned earlier, the event is after hours, so it kicks off at 6 PM and goes until 10 PM. The animal exhibits are open until 8 PM and parking is free for the event. Other fun things you can do while at the event are the silent disco and a virtual scavenger hunt and trivia. All of this sounds right up my alley!
When is 'Wild Nights' at the Minnesota Zoo?
The first 'Wild Nights' is Thursday, June 23rd then they continue every other Thursday with the last one being Thursday, August 18th. You can take a look at the music line-up for each 'Wild Nights' on the Minnesota Zoo website but one of the groups performing at the first 'Wild Nights' is the Minnesota band, Yam Haus.
