Have you ever run into this problem at Starbucks?

Am I the only one who thinks this seems a little ridiculous?

A lawsuit from two guys in California alleges Starbucks purposely underfills its lattes. Not only are they pressing their issue, they're trying to elevate the case to class-action status.  You can read more on this story in the link provided below.

I'll enjoy a cup from Starbucks once in a while, but you know what I see more often than "underfilled" cups?  People pouring out some of their drink "to make room" or to avoid spilling it.

I'm calling it right now, that if this lawsuit goes anywhere, here are the next two lawsuits to be filed: Anyone who has ever bought a bag of potato chips or a box of cereal.  Because let's be honest, those two things are NEVER filled to capacity!

Does #Starbucks underfill its lattes? That's what a proposed class-action filed in California claims. What's your reaction?
