A pizza shop in Minnesota that was recognized nationally just last year has plans to expand to a second location. This particular pizza joint has been praised for their unique yet delicious pizzas.

Unique Pizzas Served in Minnesota
This shop serves pizzas like a Thai red curry pizza, pizza with Doritos on top, and one of their newest additions includes...
Like I said, some very unique pizzas! They also have your usual culprits, like cheese, margherita, and pepperoni.
Minnesota Pizza Shop Recognized in Food + Wine
Last year I wrote about this same pizza shop being featured in Food + Wine Magazine as one of the 28 best pizza spots in the entire country. They write that the shop "pulls off its funky, unorthodox pies with brio."
(I had to look it up, 'brio' means "enthusiastic vigor". Thanks, Merriam-Webster.)
So which pizza shop is it? It's a spot called Pig Ate My Pizza in Robbinsdale.
Pig Ate My Pizza is Planning to Add a Second Location
Pig Ate My Pizza (PAMP) used to be a stand-alone pizza shop until they closed in 2021, according to Bring me the News. But then they reopened as Nouvelle Brewing, serving up great beers and also the same PAMP pizzas.
Food + Wine took notice of their pizzas and evidently that's been really good for their business because they're hoping to open a second location in Bloomington.
It would be located in a former gas station and they've also submitted a request to add over 1,000 square feet to the space. If all of this gets approved, PAMP will have a stand-alone pizza shop again!
