Dodge County has pulled their snowplows off of the roads and the Dodge County Sheriff has advised no travel in the county.

The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning for Dodge County until 6 p.m. on Saturday, with wind gust expected to reach over 40 mph throughout the day after a winter storm made its way through the area Friday night into Saturday.

According to the Dodge County Sheriff's Facebook page, the county has removed all snowplows from the roadways and they won't be back on until 5 a.m. on Sunday.

Olmsted, Fillmore, and Mower counties are also in the blizzard warning until Saturday evening.
