Spring Outlook for Rochester and Southeast Minnesota

Rochester is one of the top ten coldest cities in the contiguous United States, the second windiest city in the entire country, and we just experienced the wettest winter on record, so you better believe we're all ready for Spring and Summer. The Weather Channel just released their Spring temperature outlook, which you can watch here, it calls for normal to slightly above normal temps in April and June but below normal temps for May. If you're wondering the average high temperature for Rochester in April is 57°, in May is 69° and in June is 78°.
