Incredibly Charming Minnesota Home Built in the 1800s is For Sale

I'm a sucker for old houses. I'm pretty sure I've said that in past posts I've written about old homes for sale. And this house is no exception. This house is currently for sale in St. Paul, Minnesota and it was built back in the late 1800s. That's so cool!

One of the best parts is that the home was updated but the owners still kept the charm of the era the home was built in. I think that's why I love older homes, is being able to step back in time with the different design choices in the house.

This home is in a great area, too, it's very close to Grand Ave. in the Summitt Hill area. Yes, with it being in such a nice area, with the age of the home, and how well it's been cared for, this place isn't cheap.
