Having a clinic just down the street from my house was so convenient for our family.  Any house with small kids knows that at any point, the kids will just wake up with a fever and some type of infection or cough that you know must be seen.  Pink eye, bronchitis, ear infections...we've even used Olmsted Medical Centers FastCare for a last minute physical for our kiddo that decided sports was going to be a thing.  When it was announced that the Shopko stores would be closing, many families like mine were impacted.

Jeff Kiger's Heard On The Street column in the Post Bulletin shared that two new locations are in the works for OMC's FastCare.  The locations are close to where the original clinics were, which will be great for the families and individuals that were used to those services.

One of the clinics will be on Elton Hills Drive by their other offices and rehabilitation services where many go for physical therapy.  The deal is still in the works on the second location but they are planning to be in the same strip mall as Walgreens by the Crossroads Plaza.

When opening dates are announced, I'll be sure to have those out there so families can get the info.  Watch for that over on my Facebook page (click here) and on Instagram
