I grew up in a small town where customer service was everything. Everyone knew everyone so they worked hard to make sure each customer was fully satisfied. As I grew up and moved away from that small town, I quickly learned this isn't how every business operates.

When I first spoke with Adam at B&C Plumbing & Heating, he really impressed me by explaining their dedication to customer service.
