Caleb Hammond, an 11-year-old from Iowa, has been fighting an aggressive form of leukemia for over a year but his condition is worsening. He and his family made the very difficult, very brave decision to stop treatment and let the Caleb be a kid with his remaining days.

Caleb knows the end is coming. He's currently helping with his funeral plans and is requesting racing stickers to decorate his casket. His love for racing started when he was just a toddler. The Des Moines Register reports, Caleb's uncle lives right across from the Southern Iowa Speedway and the two would sit in the front yard and watch the races.

You can send racing stickers to Caleb Hammond at 314 North J Street, Oskaloosa, IA 52577. The family also has a GoFundMe page.
