Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - One of four men charged in a home invasion in Rochester that left the homeowner with a gunshot wound has pleaded guilty.  

Walter Abrams, his two brothers and a fourth man were charged in the violent incident that happened in July  at a residence located near Gage School. The four were charged with plotting a plan to take marijuana from the homeowner, who had been growing pot in his residence.

One of the men shot the homeowner in one his knees during the home invasion and then  left with two jars of marijuana.

Abrams has pleaded guilty to an aggravated robbery charge.  He will be sentenced at a later date.

The cases against the other three men are pending.
