Target Field One of the Cheapest MLB Stadiums to Take on the 9-9-9 Challenge
Target Field in Minneapolis, MN has come out with a few promos this year to try and get fans back in to Twins games, one of those deals being $2 beers on Fridays.
And speaking of cheap beer, Target Field was recently declared one of the cheapest MLB stadiums to take on the 9-9-9 Challenge. Are you familiar?
This is definitely a challenge I can see college kids trying. Also, by writing this post, I'm NOT recommending that you do the 9-9-9 Challenge.

What's the 9-9-9 Challenge?
The 9-9-9 Challenge is pretty simple: 9 hot dogs and 9 beers in 9 innings. That's it. But I'm sure once you hit inning 3 or 4 you'd get pretty sick of it.
This challenge has become so popular, though, that some stadiums have put together their own 9-9-9 specials where you get 9 mini hot dogs and 9 flight-sized beers. Now that version of the challenge I would try. Target Field should do this!
But this study, done by Bovada Sportsbook, did not calculate the total cost for the 9-9-9 Challenge based on those specials. We're talking full sized beers and hot dogs here.

Target Field One of the Cheapest for the 9-9-9 Challenge
According to their research, at Target Field, you can accomplish the 9-9-9 Challenge with $81.81. That's not bad! Of course, you're getting the cheapest beer that Target Field has to offer, but still.
The most expensive MLB stadium for this challenge is Dodger Stadium in LA where it'll cost you $216. Yikes!
