Major Highways and I-90 Still Closed Monday Morning
Numerous highways in Southeast Minnesota are still closed or have no travel advisories this morning because of dangerous conditions created by blowing and drifting snow. Officials say that motorists should not be on the highways and note that if they become stuck - they might be there for a long time. The demand for tow trucks is still very high. At 5:30 this morning our wind chill reading was 30-below zero - you don't want to be stuck in those conditions.
The red markers indicate roads that are closed and as you can see includes large stretches of Interstate 90 and Highways 52, 63, & 14. Click on the map for detailed reports. You can also get that real time road conditions and information on closings/delays on our mobile app.
